The design features deep, protective black and dark purple stones alongside brightening and vaguely yellowish stones. I find it invigorating, bright, and weighty. An energy sensitive friend described this necklace as feeling like a samurai body-guard. This necklace does not bring relaxing energy but it does feel centered and readying. This could be reassuring for someone delving into a darker part of their psyche.

LAVA STONE and BLACKSTONE are seen as grounding and protective, while remaining somewhat soft. SNOWFLAKE OBSIDIAN and RAINBOW OBSIDIAN are seen as protective, healing, and strengthening. They may be able to dissolve emotions behind fears and traumas. BLACK TOURMALINE is often recommended for empathic and sensitive people for it’s believed capacity to absorb negative energies.

FLUORITE is thought to cleanse and purify energy and improve discernment and concentration. Fluorite comes in many shades; here, I’ve used very dark purple (for more insight and protection) and some carefully selected translucent stones in yellowish shades (for self-confidence and amplifying energy).

DALMATION JASPER may promote devotion and bring playfulness. PERIDOT JASPER is associated with spring and rainfall. It feels bright and energizing.
